The Residence

The Neighbourhood

Seven streets up from Marine Drive

Set on the White Rock hillside above West Beach, the house stands roughly seven streets up from Marine Drive and some 220 feet above the water, on a south-facing slope that falls away toward Semiahmoo Bay. The waterfront is under a minute down the hill, the Promenade two minutes and the pier about three. Cafés and restaurants sit at the foot of the hill; H.T. Thrift Elementary and Semiahmoo Secondary are each a few minutes away, Peace Arch Hospital four, and Highway 99 and the Peace Arch border crossing roughly seven and twelve.
